I run clinics for people in Newent, Highnam & Tewkesbury.
All clinic spaces are shared by other practitioners on an ad-hoc basis so availability & booking times are flexible to reflect this & my mobile canine clinic appointments.
Where there is a scheduling conflict you will be offered another appointment at the next convenient time.
All bookings to be made a minimum of 48hrs in advance of the desired appointment.

*If your issues make it difficult for you to get onto a portable massage couch you may prefer sessions at Newent. Some techniques can be delivered with you seated but others are more effective if you are lying down. Please contact me to discuss.

Cancellation policy
To ensure the smooth running of my service I operate a strict cancellation policy which applies to all appointments with me. Please familiarise yourself with the terms of my policy when you book :
All cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hrs before your appointment
Any appointments cancelled with less than 24hrs noticed will incur a cancellation fee of £12 to cover the cost of the room hire.
Any cancellations made with less than 24hrs notice that are not re-booked for another date will incur an additional fee set at 50% the original treatment price.
Any cancellation of appointments re-booked following a previous short notice cancellation will incur the original 50% cancellation fee
All missed appointments will be charged the full rate & an invoice will be sent to you unless you re-book the appointment when contacted, in which case you will be charged a £12 room hire fee + 50% of the full rate for the missed appointment
**Only in exceptional circumstances will these terms be wavered**
In the event an appointment is cancelled within 24hrs by myself you will be offered a new appointment at the next convenient day & time.
In the event an appointment is cancelled by myself within 1hr of the scheduled time you will be offered a new appointment at the next convenient day & time & the new appointment will be charged at only 75% the original price.
