Cancellation policy

To ensure the smooth running of my service I operate a strict cancellation policy which applies to all appointments or event bookings with me.

Please familiarise yourself with the terms of my policy when you book with me:

• All cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hrs before your appointment
• Any appointments cancelled with less than 24hrs noticed will incur a cancellation fee set at 50% the original treatment price unless the appointment is re-booked for another date. If you decide to cancel the re-booking you will be expected to pay the original 50% cancellation fee
• All missed appointments will be charged the full rate & an invoice will be sent to you unless you re-book the appointment when contacted, in which case you will be charged just 50% of the full rate for the missed appointment
• In the event your appointment is cancelled by myself with less than 24hrs notice you will be offered a new appointment at the soonest convenient time

**Only in exceptional circumstances will these terms be wavered**

 If you develop Corona Virus symptoms & you have to cancel your appointment at short notice you will not be expected to pay a cancellation fee. You will however be expected to rearrange your appointment at a more appropriate time.
